Quick Answers Before the Good Times Begin
From booking your Party Bus to planning the perfect Date Night, we've answered some of our most common question below.
BOOKING
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend requesting your date 2-3 weeks in advance, particularly for weekends, prom and wedding season, and other high-demand dates. Last-minute availability may be possible however if considered and security deposit and service cost would need to be paid in full once request is approved, so feel free to contact us.
Does submitting a request reserve my date?
No. Submitting a reservation request allows us to review your requested date, time, service and trip details. Your reservation is not confirmed until availability has been approved and required booking arrangements have been completed.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes. Both services have a 3-hour minimum.
PARTY BUS
How much is the party bus?
The Signature Party Bus i $225 per hour with a 3-hour minimum.
That means the starting transportation rate for the minimum reservation is $675, before any applicable additional charges.
What occasions can i book the Party Bus for?
The Party Bus is designed for celebrations and group experiences including birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, girls nights, proms, concerts, sporting events, weddings, special occasions and nights out.
How many people can the Party Bus accommodate?
The Party Bus can accommodate 21 guest.
Can we bring alcohol on the Party Bus?
Yes. Guest of legal drinking age may bring their own alcoholic beverages on the Party Bus, subject to Black Magic Transportation's rules and applicable Pennsylvania law. Alcohol may not be provided to or consumed by anyone under 21. Guest are responsible for drinking responsibly and maintaining the condition of the vehicle.
DATE NIGHT SUV
How much is the Date night SUV?
Our Date Night SUV is $100 per hour with a 3-hour minimum for service within the Pittsburgh area.
The minimum reservation therefore starts at $300.
Is the Date Night SUV only for couples?
No. While it's perfect for date nights. The SUV can also be requested for anniversary dinners, concerts, special evenings, celebration and other private outings.
Can the driver wait while we're at dinner?
Your reservation is based on your scheduled service time. Include the time you'll need when submitting your request so Black Magic Transportation can properly review and quote your experience.
SERVICE AREA
What areas do you serve?
Black Magic Transportation is based in the Pittsburgh area. Service outside the standard area may be available depending on the trip. Include your pickup location and destination when submitting your request so we can confirm availability and pricing.
PAYMENT & POLICIES
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable $300 security deposit is required to cover incidentals, damages, excessive cleaning or other applicable charges. Provided there are no applicable charges following the reservation, the deposit is eligible for refund.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not permitted inside Black Magic Transportation vehicles. Smoking inside the vehicle will result in forfeiture of the $300 security deposit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cashier's checks are preferred. Personal checks must be received at least 7 days before the reservation, with funds confirmed and available at least 3 days before service. Payment arrangements will be confirmed during the booking process.
What if i needed to canel or reschedule?
Contact Black Magic Transportation as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the circumstances and timing of the request. Please review our Booking & Cancellation Policy for complete information.
