BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Good Times. Clear Expectations
Everything you need to know before reserving your Black Magic experience
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
PARTY BUS EXPERIENCE
A $500 deposit is required where $200 is a deposit towards your requested service and $300 is a refundable security deposit that covers incidentals, damages, excessive cleaning or other applicable charges associated with reservation.
Provided there are no applicable charges
following the reservation, the security deposit will be eligible for refund.
Cashier's checks are preferred. Personal checks must be received at least 10 days before the scheduled reservation to allow sufficient time for funds to clear and ensure full payment is received prior to service. Payment arrangements will be confirmed directly with Black Magic Transportation.
DATE NIGHT SUV
A $300 deposit is required where $200 is a deposit towards your requested service and $100 is a refundable security deposit that covers incidentals, damages, excessive cleaning or other applicable charges associated with reservation.
Provided there are no applicable charges
following the reservation, the security deposit will be eligible for refund.
Cashier's checks are preferred. Personal checks must be received at least 10 days before the scheduled reservation to allow sufficient time for funds to clear and ensure full payment is received prior to service. Payment arrangements will be confirmed directly with Black Magic Transportation.
CANCELATION & RESCHEDULEING
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact Black Magic Transportation as soon as possible.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled reservation are eligible for a refund of payments made toward the service, excluding the non-refundable booking deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled reservation are non-refundable.
Requests to reschedule at least 7 days in advance may be transferred to a new available date without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the reservation are subject to availability and may require an additional booking deposit.
Security deposits are separate from the booking deposit. If the reservation is canceled before service takes place, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
No-shows are non refundable.
All rescheduled dates are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
VEHICLE CARE & GUEST CONDUCT
We want every group to have a great time while respecting the vehicle and experience.
Guests are responsible for their conduct and for damage caused during their reservation. Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning or other cost resulting from the actions of passengers.
Smoking is not permitted inside any Black Magic Transportation vehicle will result in forfeiture of the $300 security deposit.
Passengers must follow all applicable laws and drivers safety instructions while using the vehicle.
RESERVATION TIME
Your reserved time should include the full amount of transportation time needed for your experience.
Requests to extend service beyond the scheduled reservation are subject to vehicle and driver availability and may result in additional charges.
I like that better than promising customers they'll automatically be able to buy extra time.
